Weekending 04/23

A great find for us...one mans garbage is another mans treasure. No problem running our next 1,000 lf of Pvc for irrigation use at the Community Garden.

Weekending 4/2/2011


Its always beautiful early Saturday Mornings. Troop 180 staying busy with their project.










 
Using a new technique never used at the garden...Black Mulch.
This will help keep weeds down and moisture in.


Working hard laying the material in place then mulching around the edges.




Dean and Brad installing Tomato Stakes, these will allow the tomato vines to climb straight up the stake with a little assistance.



Our Garden member Will beginning the search for the sweet potatoes.



In no time this will be full of Green earth friendly gardening.
